http://www.microsoft.com/learning/exams/70-294.mspx
I advise you to know the following topics thoroughly:
Global Catalogs
Universal Group Caching
When to use a GC vs UGC
Active Directory - Users and Computers, Sites and Services, and Domains and Trusts
Domain Functional Levels
Forest Functional Levels
Forest Root Domains
Tree Root Domains
The differences between the DFLs and FFLs
Command line utilities such as the DS commands, NTDSUTIL, NLtest, netdom, netdiag, replmon, repadmin, rendom, and more!
Trusts - One-way, Two-way, Selective Authentication, External Trust, Forest Trust, Transitive Trusts etc..
Security Group Design - Domain Local, Global, Universal. Make sure you know when to use them, limitations when converting, and limitations based on what DFL you are in.
Know how to use site links, site link bridges (transitivity), subnet linking to sites, etc..
Backing up and restoring (non-authoritative and authoritative)
Group Policies (Loopback, Computer vs User, Principle of Least Privilege, etc...)
Distributing software via Group Policy
There's quite a bit more, but that's what I can think of off the top of my head and briefly looking at the objectives. Good luck with the exam and don't hesitate to ask any questions.“For success, attitude is equally as important as ability.” - Harry F. Banks -

royal Member Posts: 3,352 ■■■■□□□□□□Another thing came to mind. Know your replication. Things such as timing, bridgeheads, ISTG, KCC, etc... You should know the issues with specifying a manual bridgehead and how you can overcome those issues (aka choose more than 1 bridgehead). Know why though.“For success, attitude is equally as important as ability.” - Harry F. Banks
