Hi, guys.
I've read “Sybex - MCDST Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician Study Guide " for preparing MCDST, but there I don't think it is enouth for passing it.
Is Microsoft's support site helpful?

Thank U. :)

I used that book and it worked fine for me. Experience always helps.

Check out MeasureUp or transcender for practice exams.

There is also a practice exam that myself and SirDrago listed down in the forum somewhere.

    Best of luck!

“Sybex - MCDST Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician Study Guide " for preparing MCDST,

icon_king.gif among many other study guides...

Make sure you develop a good study habit with Sybex...I find that they're "usually" more condensed than let's say MS Press, which means everything is important in the book.

Also, the questions on the CD and the ones in the book isnt all the same, so doing both sets of questions is beneficial.

    Good luck!

    Hi
One of the sites listed was www.certquest.net and the other one is www.wswexams.com

Im not sure about the Sybex study materials but the MS Press ones hasn't failed me yet.

Again as others have said, best of luck. :)
