Just to check does taking 70-270, 70-290, 70-291 and Comptia Security+ makes you MCSA 2003? Thanks.

A lot of people use Security+ as their elective, while others use one of the other Microsoft exams listed on the MCP site. Make sure to read up on each exam as listed on this site, (just as you would for any exam on the appropriate vendor-site,) to make sure you know what you need to be studying and what topics are covered.

I just passed my 290 and need only the 291 exam to get my
MCSA. I was looking at the requirements for MCSE and noticed
that they too require an elective.
Now, I have my A+ and Net+ which count as an elective for the
MCSA. Do I still need another elective?
BTW, I already checked

As that link states, the A+/Net+ combo does not count as an elective in MCSE. You'll either need to do Security+, or one of the Microsoft electives listed on that page.
