Cisco specialist salary in Baltic region

Hello,

Since I haven't been able to locate any salary survey/report regarding Baltic region, the question will be posted here. Only details I'm interested in, are length of service and annual salary. Such statistics would help to evaluate current situation and decide if current salary is suitable.

I migrated from helpdesk into networking position very recently and can not assess all factors in an evenhanded manner. I will take into consideration my lack of experience and even mentioning entry level salary would be appreciated. I am also aware of salary NDA you all, and me included, have signed and thus don't expect a reply at all, but any input will be appreciated.

I thank you in advance.

wbr,
Inc

isn't the Baltic region considered 2nd-world? I don't think there are many salary reports for second and third world countries.

Indeed. That is the reason why I created this thread.

You don't want the economic surveys and what you should be paid in your country... trust me. I am based in the UK and this constant need to quantify your worth becomes paralizing and everyone wants a piece of what you are worth, whether you are earning it or not.

Simple question to ask yourself is, are you happy with what you are being paid for what you do? If not, move on.
