I took the test two days ago,
had 58 questions and 2h45min.
So, you got all the time,
make sure to read the question over and over again, to make sure you didn't miss a clue.

Is it the same setup as CompTIA testing, where you can check to review a question later and fill it in at the end of the test?

yup good advice ,dont get complacent and make stupid mistakes ....
