Can't seem to get Subnetting!!! :o(

Hey can anyone out there help me or tell me where I can get some information that can help me understand subnetting??? I can't seem to get this subject to save my life.

All the numbers and binary stuff just confuses me and I get lost.

Any info will be great. Thanks!!!

I am right there with you Viper! I have spent a lot of time reading and re-reading on subnetting. I have asked managers where I work to explain it so I understand it, and all they do is laugh. They just keep telling me that I will eventually understand it. gggrrrrrr

Try to learn it in binary not decimal. It's not hard, it took me a few days to get my head around it but it's not rocket science
