I just passed the exam this morning.
I used CBT Nuggets, Microsoft Press, home lab and work experience for study materials.
The exam was not that difficult...30 questions in 95 minutes covering the following:
SUS - yes, SUS not WSUS
IPSec policies
PKI - more questions than any other topic
Group membership
Software Restrictions
Now on to Security +....
