How did you ever become a CCNA and an MCSE without being about to use the web and without knowing about WWW.MICROSOFT.COM or to be more precise http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/mcsa/ or possibly even using the search feature built into a forum?

Normally, I am not for these types of answers in forums designed to help people, but in this case, I have to agree. People here certainly don't mind helping, in fact it is one of the friendliest forums that I have ever known. Asking questions that can be found with an quick search on here, Google, or Microsoft is really bad manners.

In fact, on this site there is an entire section devoted to Microsoft training with links to practice questions, requirements, tech notes, and even Microsoft's training website.
