Has anyone looked at the e-book by .NET Interview Questions Sanjay Pathak currently available at lulu.com? It looks to be worth the $15US for a download, but the number of page is not given, and I was wondering if anybody has read it. It might just be a compilation of Web sites, like Interview Questions: C#.
