in CCNP
Is it the BSCI exam a test questionaire as I did with CCNA?, somebody 
said that is composed by 2 parts, 1 part is a test questionnaire and 2 part is practice. Is it that true?.

The Cisco Exam format is basically the same until you get to the CCIE Written Level -- so expect the same format you had on the CCNA (multiple choice, SIMs, Drag 'n Drops, Simlets, Testlets, etc). The Exam Interface Tutorial is available at the CCNA Prep Center (the pre-exam demo)
