Blocked Ports and BPDUs (STP)

Hi all,
A quick question. I know Blocked ports still receive BPDUs, but do they still forward them? I thought not, but just encountered a test question with one of the right answers indicating a switch sending out a BPDU on a blocked port...

A port in the blocking state does NOT forward any frames. It will still receive BPDU's.
