Windows NT Safe Mode

Does windows NT have a safe mode and if so how do you get to it?

    Safe Mode was introduced in Windows 95. It's not on NT 3.x or 4.0 however. On versions of Windows it is on press F8 on boot.

    I believe NT4 had a safe mode of sorts, but it was called something like "VGA Mode" or something. It simply loaded NT with a basic video driver, since at the time the video drivers were often the cause of blue screens on NT boxes. Anyone else remember that, or am I having a false memory?

    Must be a false memory...I've never seen a BSOD in my life icon_lol.gif
