Congrats on the pass.

Yes, you will recieve a certificate; but mind you, you must log into the MCP site and request your certificate, according to new rules imposed on MCP's by Microsoft.

what kind of lab did you use - was it just peer-to-peer or did you set up domain(s)?

I did not set up a network I used the Exam Cram 70-210 book, CBT nugget videos for 70-210, and Transcender. I also did a few online practice tests and used study guides including the one from this site.
