How many electives for Mcse

There is an elective listed for Mcsa 2003 and one for Mcse 2003. I have A+ and Network+, but that is only listed as an elective for Mcsa and Mcsa 2000 is listed as an elective for Mcse 2003. Does anyone know if I will need to take another elective exam?
