Outlook express, how to leave message on server?

I'm pretty sure you could do this with Microsoft outlook, but is there a setting in Outlook express that lets you receive emails...but leave them on the server, so they aren't tampered?

Go into tools / accounts / mail / properties - the advanced tab has Leave a copy on the server
