Preparing for the 70-299 - Any advice?

I wrote and passed the Security+ exam this moring and now I am going to prepare for the 70-299 exam which will earn me the MCSA Security credential. I would love to hear any advice or coments on this exam.. for example... number of questions, time, content covered, what to focus on etc.... Any and all insight is greatly appreciated!
