Prometric v VUE

Hi guys, i have sat 3 mcp exams with prometric, and have found them to be ok. I am ready to sit 70-216 within the next few weeks, however I cant get a test time at any of the local prometric test sites. Can I register with VUE and sit the exam (and any future ones) with them and this will still count towards mcsa/mcse ?

I know its a bit of a daft question, but I just want to make sure before I make the change !
