Alright , I just passed the HDA certification today, the test was easy, nothing that much technical , just the way how you deal with angry customers,

    I am interested in obtaining some HDI Certifications. I like to self study, but can't find studying material. Any clues as to where to obtain some? I'm not looking forward to purchasing the class time just to get study material. icon_confused.gif

    I really think that HDI is the only available source.

    HDI does offer online training for less than classroom. Info is at this address, http://www.thinkhdi.com/certification/individualCertification/sca.aspx

    If you are creative, you may be able to download the course objectives and design your own study path. It's mostly a common sense approach to supplying customers with what they expect and making/keeping them happy--good customer service.
