Is this switch worth the money?

    Look around for what other ones are going for.

    I got a 2924 for $39.99.

    thats an okay price. i think i got 2 for that price, but if you look around some you should be able to score one cheaper.

    like he said, $40 or so. i got 3 for around $120 shipped, so yeah.

    I dont know which ebay you were on but when I typed in cisco 2924 this is what I got...

    There are buy it nows at $69 and that was just on the first few I saw. If you plan on building a lab my suggestion would be to search for the best price available because before you know it you'll be watching your budget fly out the window. You're not just going to pay double for that switch, but probably another 20-30 for shipping.
