VMWARE. OS Clone -> New Domain -> ERROR
Hello.
I installed one windows 2003 on vmware and created 4 copies and changed names (server1, server2, server3, etc.)
On Server 1 I installed new domain in new forest and tree (domain1.local), then on Server 2 I installed additional domain controller (domain1.local). Then I decided to create a new domain in existed forest as a new tree and I'm getting error
"Directory Configuration Information Indicates that the domain domain2.local already exists. Would you like to reinstall that domain?". And if I click YES, it does it all over again.
It has to do something with SID. As far as I understand, unique OS identifier is not unique since I copied the OS file.
Is there any way to change SID?
