Still waiting for my results... :S

.....still too....

Still no score report and no credential on my transcript.....Althought my transcript does show that I passed 621.....

Starting to get frustrated...

Can someone help me about the 71-621 and 71-623 bêta exam I took in december
2006, and next when in april 2007?
I called my Microsoft regional service on 0800.90.60.60, but they told to ask
Prometric about my test, when I called Prometric, they told me t call Microsoft,
when I called Back Microsoft, they told me to wait two week.
Next, after being waiting, I sent you two email @ mcphelp@microsoft.com.
Next you answered me that I should wait a week again.....

NOW, CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME A CORRECT INFORMATION ? AND TELL ME WHY SOME PEOPLE GET
THEIR RESULT, AND SOME NO ?

Why is it take so long?

Please just give a valide answer.

We value your time and it would be our pleasure to assist you. However your profile doesn't show up these two exams till now in our database so we would request you to please send us the scanned copy of your reports which you would have received after taking the beta exams at the testing center. Once we will receive that we will forward your request for your results.

If there is anything else we can do for you, please let us know. Thank you for contacting Microsoft.

Hello,

For your information, when you take a Beta exam you don't have a reports
printed at the end of the exam.
You only get a message on the screen that it saying Prometric will send
our test to Microsoft to be scored.
Those exam appear in my Prometric Transcript, so you can contac them to
know more about this matter.

Probably a bit extreme, but it sort of outlines how most of us who comment on your blog feel. All I'm saying is a little more information on a fairly regular basis would be nice. So far everything said has never been fulfilled......

That fix should resolve some problem about those who have only a part of credential on their MS Transcript, but what about people like me? who have a status "TESTED" in their Prometric Transcript and a MS Transcript Blank?

After that fix, will I be able to have a Prometric Transcript Updated with Failed or Passed status ?

I don't know... I would assume that after Friday, if nothing is sorted for you, you'll have to get the big guns out

Hi all

I took the 71-621 on January 5th, and until now I don't have my grade...

I've acessed the VUE website and the exam status is "taken", but I didn't receive any emails reporting anything..

If I did not pass in the exam, the status on VUE must be "Failed" or something like this, right?

Did anyone receive your score yet???

Same situation for me !
My Prometric Transcript show the Status "TESTED", but it should normaly show "PASSED"or "FAILLED"...And my MS Transcript is still Blank.

Wait and see, is the onmy thing to says, it's seems that MS People don't really know too what is going on..

I got a call from MS today to inform me that they corrected the problem on my account and that it now shows MCITP on my transcript, which I already knew from the 8th. And when I questioned them about the MCTS status, they first said that I didn't qualify for it (even though I took the 621 exam), it was only after I told them the web address of trika, actually showed them her post, then after about 6 or 7 minutes on hold they came back to me saying that I was right and they'll look into this for me.

The lady on the MCP helpdesk was very nice and helpful, but I don't think that infomation is filtering down the chain properly regarding the new certs.

Now There is some new informations:

UPDATE JUNE 12, 2007: We received the rescore forms from our psychomatrician (Sp??) this morning. We will process those (I dont know what she is doing, but something) by end of day tomorrow (Thursday) and then we'll send our scoring models to Pearson VUE and Prometric, for them to apply to your results. Tomorrow morning, Thursday, I should get an estimate of how long that process will take--which should tell us when you will be getting your results from Pearson VUE and Prometric. I will make updates to this post to let you know what I know about the status of this.

At the end of the day I know what qualifications I have and that sits just fine with me... Transcript or no transcript.......

Last News posted yesterday as a comment by Trika on his Blog.

I just talked to our database owner and here is what he said: the drop yesterday happened to refresh everyone's transcript with the correct business rules. Because the MCITP is dependant on the MCTS as a prerequisite, it might not have been caught in last night's drop, as it was looking for the MCTS. The drop tonight should go through and look for the MCTS and add the MCITP. This is what I heard, in any case. If, by Monday a.m., your transcript is not up to date, please send me an e-mail with your MCP ID, exam(s) you took, and what is showing on your transcript. I'll pass those on to our db team so they can get to the bottom of it. But hopefully it will be updated in tonight's run.

I am still waiting for the results, I check trika's blog every once in a while to see if there has been an update. At least they are working on it though (I think).

Trika's Blog have been updated today !

UPDATE JUNE 22, 2007: The psychometrician info is still in our hands and has not gone to the exam delivery partners to process yet; that means scoring is still a few weeks out (exam delivery partners estimated 5-10 days to process your scores). We are frustrated, too (guess, what, me in particular); in the meantime you can provide feedback here or to your RSC, because this is really bad.<edited 6/22>

New update:

Update June 25, 2007: For 621, our data has been delivered to VUE and Prometric. They will begin scoring and sending out results to you within 5-10 business days (our system/your transcript will be updated when the feed come back to us from VUE/Prometric). For 622, we are matching up items from the first and second betas so the first can be scored against the results of the second, as promised (different items than used on 621, which was an upgrade exam) so results for 622 will be a few days behind 621.
