Best Boson CCNA Practice Exam?

I'm looking at purchasing one of the Boson CCNA practice exams. Can anyone provide any feedback as to which is the best one as far as preparing your for the test?

Exam Sim #1 #2 OR #3?

1 and 2 are both $60 and 3 is $80, I don't mind buying 3 for more if it is that much better. Any input would be appreciated.

It looks as if not many people have spent that much money on Boson practice tests. After all, their simulation software is full of bugs. Maybe you could try Transcender's tests. I know you can't go wrong with them. IF you do get Boson's test, let us know how it is...
There is no place like 127.0.0.1 BUT 209.62.5.3 is my 127.0.0.1 away from 127.0.0.1!

Boson does the test engine for the Cisco Press Flash Cards and Practice Exam. I've always wondered if they used the same questions or came up with new ones for the Cisco Press books.

I'm not really sure why they think the exam written and updated by Richard Deal is worth more than the ones done by their "staff."

Don't waste your money. Just set up dynamips (it's easy as cake) and use a good book, either Sybex or Cisco Press. Practice tests are a waste of money, there are too many free questions out there to actually pay for them.

The Boson exams used to be amongst the most popular practice exams for the CCNA for years. They were also cheap enough to get all the CCNA exams, which got you good coverages of all the CCNA details. But it seems a couple of CCNA updates back, they did not go along with the improvements and additionally question complexity. I.o.w. they are a bit too simple for the actual exam imo, which is not what you should expect from a commercial set of questions. But I wouldn't go as far as saying they are a waste of money. It's not the best, but still a decent and 'honest' product.

Thanks for the input, it seems Boson has went downhill since the last time I used them. When you say complexity of the question isnt accurate do you mean just the simulators or all the questions in general. Thanks Again.

Probably because Richard Deal's test has about 500 to 600 more questions....

I was referring solely to the practice questions.
