IOS upgrade

For routers 2501,25014,2520, 2610 , any kin of them from 2500 and 2600 family may I update the IOS from 10.x or 11.x to 12.3?The old families 2500 and 2600 support 12.3 IOS?How about IOS 12.4?

I believe I'm running 12.3 on both of my 2500 series routers. If you expand the memory, you should be OK to run the newer IOS (IP Plus?).

I use Cisco Feature Navigator to determine what IOS version and feature set I can use on which router.
