Help Desk Institute certification (HD0100)

Does anyone know how many questions are on this exam (HD0100) or any other relevate information? I tried looking it up on their site, but you have to be a paying member to see anything.

Seems to be a fair amount on there, havent time to sift through to find questions to your answers.

If you want to get into helpdesk, go for the ITIL certification. You will find posts on it on these forums.

When I took the exams, HDA had 65 questions with a passing score of 79%. CSS had 65 questions with a passing score of 79%. This was a couple of years ago. I assume that that remains the same.

Any one know any resource that can help me to take the HD0-100 test
I have one freind he buy the **** for this cert and he go to the test
he said there is no questions similar come at the test
