No gottchas that I am aware of. Of course there is not that much difference either. Most of the tools in R2 can be easily download and installed on your SP1 or SP2 box.

Working on: RHCE/Ansible
Future: Probably continued Red Hat Immersion, Possibly VCAP Design, or maybe a completely different path. Depends on job demands...

Are you talking about W2K3 R2? No gotchas that I am aware of.
