Many peope within this forum and posts are stating you can get away with having 2500 series routers for the CCNA EXAM. Which i do agree to a point. What do you do when it comes time to do a little trunking? Trunking requires fast ethernet therefore i would assume you need a 2600 series router with a 10/100 fast ethernet wic card correct? I am a newbie so i might be off -

If you want to use ISL for trunking you're going to need 100mb/s (although the 2950 does not support ISL you should still have an understanding of it and if you want to move beyond CCNA you'll need it)The only easy day was yesterday!
