WAN stuff is in all the topic sections of the CCNA Blueprint and in the description.

ISDN isn't mentioned specifically anymore -- so I assume that means its importance has diminished and you probably just need to know the IDSN stuff that would fit under the Evaluate key characteristics of WANs topic -- so know the ISDN trivia question stuff.
