IOS upgrade on cisco 813 ISDN router [SOLVED]

I have this 813 that I have been trying to unsuccessfully upgrade

I tried delete + squeeze but the image stays on flash.

Router#sh flash

Then I tried erase flash but the file is still there

This bastard is driving me nuts Any ideas how to get rid of it?

Just solved the problem.

C-Break into TinyROM, erase flash, set parameters, upload image from tftp to ram, than save image from ram to flash.
