I have a question for you. Isn't the Recommended System Requirements to run Windows Vista actually require 3 GB RAM instead of 1 GB RAM?
In reality, any tech is going to recommend 2GB - 4GB of RAM to run Vista smoothly. However, according to Microsoft, it's recommended to have at least 1GB of RAM installed. Since this test is based on Microsoft's best-practices and recommendations, (and created by Microsoft,) the correct answer is going to be what they state.
