Replacement CD for MCTS Exam 70-536 Training Kit

Anyone know where I can get a replacement CD for the .NET Framework 2.0 Application Development Foundation Training Kit (Exam 70-536)? I finished reading the book, but cannot seem to find the disk. I have the DVD of .NET 2005 trial version, but not the CD. I tried calling the number it says on the website and I couldn't get anyone.

Also, if anyone knows where I can get free practice tests online, I'd appreciate it.
