I guess what you want(your post confused me) is an external modem hooked up to the aux port. Then you can dial in and admin your router(s) then you can internally manage all the other routers from that one with telnet if you dont wanna open it up to the outside.

You will need to enter the command:
transport input all
to the AUX config to be able to dial into your router.
