Passed 70-299 with a 914, that's my sixth exam and my MCSA complete. I take 070-298 on Friday to (hopefully) complete my MCSE.
I used the MS Press book to study. I thought the exam was fairly easy (30 questions, 90 mins, no sims) and everything in there had been covered in the book. Much of the security material will be familiar to you if you have taken the core exams, it is just covered in more depth in 299.
