Need help in pciking a exam course

I am new here,

currently I work as a system Administrator for Window2003 Server env plus little but of Linux

I am a chance to do a little bit of cisco work, like put config on new routers, minor changes, etc,etc.

I am new to Cisco

which one is better, so I understand and learn

CBT nugget one which is 299

or

TrainSignal one which is 199

Any help for advice from you guys will be greatly appriciated

The Chris Bryant CCNA Train Signal videos are amazing, and I'd rather pay the $200 for them than the $300 for the CBT Nuggets. Chris Bryant is about as boring as it gets, but his information is solid and very to the point. He also provides a very "Hands on" experience.
