How to take a sequence out of a Multilink Bundle?

This question might be a little out of scope for the CCNA exam, but can somebody tell me step by step cmds to take a sequence out of a multilink bundle? And then how to put it back in the bundle? I need to know this at my new job working at a NOC, b/c we have to take them out before we do auto testing on them otherwise it brings the whole multilink down and customers get angry.. hehe
