Cisco welcome Kit

impelseimpelse Member Posts: 1,237 ■■■■□□□□□□
I pass my CCNA exam last May 25.

I still did not received my cisco kit, acording to the Cisco web site they sent it last June 11 and today is June 20. The web site said Returned: NO.

My question is How long do they delivere it? Is it an envelope or a box? and normally what company do they use to delivery?

I checked the address and everything is ok.

Do you recommend me to contact then or let them more time?

I apreciate your comments.

Thanks

Raul

I live in Germany, it took about three months for the cert to arrive on my doorstep.
The reasons were that my details were not fully complete and of cause the delay in
shipping (it came from the USA - allow 8 weeks)

If I hadn't sent an email to Cisco regarding the delay, the ENVELOPE may have never
    arrived.

I see you are in the US, so maybe there are some other issues other then shipping
that need to be sorted out.

    Cheers,

Mine never made it. It still says returned, "NO". I know how you feel.

If this happens to you, you are going to have to get the "electronic" version. Go to the Cisco cert site to figure this out.

the electronic printed copy looks nicer anyway. It's a lovely light blue, versus the funky gray mailed copy.

They sent me TWO packages via the mail, however.

Thanks to everybody, I received this week the Cisco Kits.

It was a delay in their system.

    Yes, suitable for framing! :)
    I usually hang out on 224.0.0.10 (FF02::A) and 224.0.0.5 (FF02::5) when I'm in a non-proprietary mood.
