Qu 17... incomplete explanation...??

Hi again. Ok, my problem is with qu 17, regarding the Recovery Console. In the explanation, near the bottom it states:

By default in Recovery Conscole you won't be able to copy files from the hard disk to removable media, the link below shows the procedure on how to change this default behaviour.

But there IS no link below... any idea where I can get a reference on this point?
