Odd exchange problem....

I've got exchange 2003 set up in a w2k3 AD environment, now I've installed exchange tools on one of the domain controllers and since then I've noticed if I add a user to a global group, a short time later the user gets removed from the global group. It doesn't matter if I add them on the exchange server or the DC.

Any ideas ?
