Can I pass 70-290 if I get all mc questions right ?

If I get all mc questions right and fail all sim questions, can I still pass this exam ?

Don't count on getting all of the mc questions right. Won't happen.
Everybody sweats the sims, but they're the easiest part of the test.
Just make sure you have a lot of hands on practice.
