Um.....MCDST as of today - and I'm 60!
I do Remote Assistance and Remote Desktop all day long and figured this would be an "official" confirmation of what I know. And there was nary a question about either one on my 70-272 test today!

Actually, only about 4 years. Previously I was a "power user" and instructor - I was teaching "Intro to Computers" 20 years ago! Kinda fell into this gig by accident and have enjoyed evey minute.
Thanks,

sprkymrk Member Posts: 4,884 ■■■□□□□□□□Cool. I taught a couple of "Intro to Computers" classes back in 98-99. Had a lot of fun but got tired of answering the same noob questions every night. All things are possible, only believe.

My first statement to the class was; "If you don't know anything about computers, then I know more then you!" I remember the "second dumbest guy" in the class once telling how much patience I had with the "dumbest guy" in the class! I guess I just have a calm personality to put up with pretty much the same stuff. I just got my millionth call on "how do I reset my homepage?"
Cheez!
