Taking my 70-270 on 31st Jul

I'm taking my paper on 31 Jul 2007. I have never take this paper before, what is the most difficult part on this paper. Do they include the simulation? same as 70-291? What is the way to pass this exams?

270 does not have any sims, 291 does have sims. Check out the exam objectives to get an idea of what is on the exam.
