OK, so I'm kinda new to the networking game and I plan on taking my network + after the a+ test, and I'm just curious if I get to learn how to setup and run servers with installed security, or does that came with another certification?

    That will be covered in another exam. Net+ covers basic networking and does a good job at that. Once you are done with A+ and Net+ take a look at Security+ and then MCSA/MCSE. Good Luck!
