Are there any certifications in metro/carrier ethernet?

Are there any current certifications in metro/carrier ethernet networking? The MEF has its own certification for vendors and networks but I can't really find anything for the individual. The closest I can think of is the CCIP/E, but they're not specifically metro/carrier ethernet.
