WIC Card Error

Hi!
Could you please help me on my WIC-2T card that I got from one of the vendor?
I tried to install on different WIC slot but still got the same error message. Here's the error message during booting:

Explanation The software does not recognize the type of WIC card plugged into the port module.
Recommended Action Check the part number on the WIC card to verify that it is supported in the Cisco IOS release operational on the router or contact your technical support representative.

Thank you very much for all your replies.
The problem was compatibility. I got the info from cisco site.
Here it is:
"The NM-1E2W, NM-1E1R2W, and NM-2E2W Network Modules do not have enough
performance power to support the WIC-2T due to hardware limitations."
