Three routers london, oxford and MK in a full mesh frame relay network interconnected with serial cables this is the config anyone spot whats going on, or can you no use DTE DCE cables for this Lab, cheers

    Also - the frame-relay interface-dlci command goes on a point-to-point subinterface. Mapping a dlci on a multipoint interface requires the frame-relay map ip command.

    could I use a 2600 series router as a frame-relay switch if I got one of those 4x serial port cards
    NM-4T serial interface card I think?

    absolutely! or a 2520 has 4 built in serial ports and may be cheaper than buying a 2600 with a NM-4T. I bought a NM-4a/s for 60bucks on ebay and it works great for my homelab.
    There is no place like 127.0.0.1 BUT 209.62.5.3 is my 127.0.0.1 away from 127.0.0.1!

    cool I might do that i've got 3x 2600 so I might as well use them. fitted PRI, BRI and fast ethernet ports to one of them, i'll try pick up the serials on ebay fit them to one of the others,

    hate that when I find a section in the book I need something else for it, then you gotta wait a week or two to find one and get it delivered, still it's cool knowing what's out there.
