How many people actually using it? Any Tech Support guy have to deal with them..

    I use OneNote all the time. Taking notes on things I do at clients and want to note for the next time I have to do it at a client. Also use it for client meetings when I need to write down details on their environments. I've never used Infopath, so I'm no help there.

    OneNote and InfoPath are two completely separate applications. One is for note taking and the other for form creation (typically for SharePoint sites).

    What do you need to know about them?

    BTW, OneNote is awesome.
