I used the McGraw-Hill Osborne book. Once a while I would read some of the Technotes from this site. I had a Lab set up but couldn't get a copy of a server, so I just used Workgroup networking with two PCs. Spent most of the time reading the book and doing some lab exercises.
Used the practice exams on this site and from the book.
