CCNA Voucher

I actually have a voucher from cisco to take the CCNA test. My question is with the change of Test Centers and with new CCNA exam coming along, does that change anything related to my voucher?
I had a voucher as well once I finish my first 2 semesters (akaINTRO) after passing the voucher test. I requested the voucher from cisco and they gave me 3 months to use it. I didn't take the test for laziness and the voucher expired. After finishing the last 2 semesters (aka ICND) I got another voucher and this one I haven't requested yet.

Well request it! You won't be able to use it at a prometric testing center though.There is no place like 127.0.0.1 BUT 209.62.5.3 is my 127.0.0.1 away from 127.0.0.1!

I called a local test center and they are charging me US$195 (money makers) while at VUE I believe it's US$150. The problem is I don't have International Credit Card.A+ Certified - Network+ - MCP (70-290)
