in CCNA & CCENT
hi, I just finish the CCNA exam and I passed it.
Thanks to you guys, I've learned a lot from this forum. Actually this is my second attempt for the CCNA. When I failed the 1st time, I thought I will study again ALONE.. and this is not an easy thing to do without someone supporting you.
then somehow I bumped into this forum and I see a lot of people working their ass off to pass the CCNA. They help each other, answer any questions and I think yeah this is it, this is the place that I am gonna to stick with.
ok now back to the CCNA exam.
Actually not as hard as I expected, frankly I think it is somehow easy. Maybe I was lucky, I know . There were a handful of questions which were easy, so easy that you can answer it right away. I was thinking, "what the hell is CISCO doing ? this question is too easy for exam man" then I think carefully, and I think again and again, trying to find another valid answers. Eventually, these so-called "easy" questions cost me more time than the normal ones, and I was exhausted on the "easy" questions.
then when I was about 2/3 of the exam, I just checked answer 2-3 times. Click "Next" and carry on and I did feel better.
So IMHO, if you are sure the answer is correct, check 2-3 times and then carry on. Don't waste too much time on those "easy" question. Sometime they just screw up your mind haha.
Once again, I would like to say thank you.

networker050184 Mod Posts: 11,962 ModFirst of let me say congratulations!!!! The only reason the questions were easy is because you were well prepared. If you wouldn't have studied, these "easy" questions would have been "difficult" questions. When you take the exam and it is easy you know you have not just done enough to pass the exam, you have actually learned the material. This is a good thing! Keep up the good study habits and in the future you will have many more "easy" exams. An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made.

networker050184 Mod Posts: 11,962 ModI'd suggest you get some good hands on in a real network before moving on if you do not have it already. You should learn how to implement the technologies you have learned studying for the CCNA. Its a lot different actually configuring or troubleshooting routing protocols then just answering exam questions about them. Good luck in the future and never stop learning. New technologies come out everyday and if you don't learn them you will get left behind! An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made.
