Passed 601
I have passed 220-601 with a 720. I used CompTIA A+ Complete Study Guide: Exams 220-601/602/603/604, Deluxe Edition and am sad to say it was not worth the money. 601 covers mainly trouble shooting computers. I am lucky I've been doing that very thing all my life for people.
I am going for 602 here very soon, any advice? Some have said it covers customer service and laptops, anything else?

Congratulations! Keep reading your book and have a look at the Technotes here. It all should help you complete your 602.From Security+ book by Sybex:
