cisco call manager express problem

When I create an account for a user to log in and to set his speed dials and fast dials I get this error when I click on configure. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

yes and the call manager version 3.3

Go to an earlier version of java and see what happens maybe?? Call Manager has always been a little flaky when it came to java console versions.
